Adventure Hilton Head is currently accepting applications for ALL positions for the upcoming season! We have part-time, full-time, and seasonal positions available. We train all our new team members during the spring on-site in preparation for our busy summer season.
Previous guiding experience is not necessary but is certainly welcome. All roles will require a high degree of interaction with clients, so applicants should be comfortable performing in a highly interpersonal work environment. Customer service experience is highly preferred.
Additionally, our work culture is that of a closely-knit group, so expect that your ability to get along with your coworkers and the team will play a large role in your success at Adventure Hilton Head. A good attitude is a must.

Adventure Hilton Head is a fully outdoor facility, and all opportunities will require individuals who can maintain positive energy and comfortability in the outdoors regardless of the weather. Applicants who are not willing to spend their season outdoors during any weather conditions need not apply. Work here is also often physically demanding. Individuals who pursue an active lifestyle are highly preferred.
