Rescheduling is permitted only with 24 or more hours’ notice of the tour time subject to availability.

You can use the link in your confirmation email to self-cancel or self-reschedule your tour at least 24 hours in advance. No cancelations, refunds, or rescheduling will take place within 24 hours of the start time of your activity. We cannot offer cancelations, refunds, or rescheduling for poor weather, late arrivals, or not meeting participant requirements. When you book, you agree to all policies and that all participants meet all requirements.

You must arrive at least 20 minutes before the start time of your tour. Tours depart on time. No refunds will be issued for late arrivals. If you fail to meet your appointment, we still incur all the same expenses and may have turned others away.

Our ZipLine and Aerial Adventure activities operate rain or shine. Please dress appropriately. We do not allow refunds or cancellations for weather.

In the event of inclement or severe weather that management deems hazardous, we may cancel your activity. Advance notice may not be possible. Weather cancellations are offered rescheduling subject to availability.

We do not operate our GoKarts in the rain. In the event of weather in which we cannot operate our GoKarts, we may cancel or postpone your ride. Advance notice may not be possible. Weather cancellations are offered rescheduling subject to availability.

Should severe weather occur while you are on the course, management may choose to discontinue your activity. Discontinued activities are offered rescheduling subject to availability or a partial voucher that is based on your location on the course at the time of discontinuation.

ZipLine participants must be at least 10 years old and weigh between 80 and 250 pounds. If under 15, minor must be accompanied by an adult on tour.

Aerial Adventure participants must be at least 5 years of age and weigh under 250 pounds. If under 10 years old, minor must be accompanied by an adult on tour. Other age restrictions apply.

GoKart Single Riders must be at least 54″ tall and weigh under 265 pounds

GoKart Double Kart Drivers must be at least 16 years of age, possess a valid driver’s license, and weigh under 265 pounds

GoKart Double Kart Passengers must be at least 3 years of age, 36″ tall, and weigh less than 150 pounds

Age, height, and weight limitations are strict. All participants will be discreetly weighed/measured at check-in

Participants should be in good health, have good upper body strength, and be able to comfortably hold both hands overhead.

All medical concerns, disabilities, and physical and mental handicaps including spectrum disorders must be disclosed prior to booking and listed on the waiver.

Participants should come dressed for the weather and wearing athletic shoes that completely enclose the foot. Shoes that are not permitted include Crocs, Tevas, Chacos, flip-flops, sandals, clogs, heels, and others.

Full-length shirts and other clothing that covers skin are required. No skirts, dresses, or bathing suits. Adventure Hilton Head has the right to deem any article of clothing unfit for our course. Please dress appropriately.

All long hair must be secured back.

No loose jewelry.

BE ADVISED, YOU CANNOT PARTICIPATE IF:

You are pregnant

You have recent, recurring, or existing injuries

You have a known medical condition that requires immediate medical attention in the event of an emergency

You are wearing a cast or splint

You are under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, or prescription medications that may limit your abilities

Due to our tours having limited space, there are no refunds issued due to inability to complete the courses caused by fear, physical ability, or any other reason.

No personal items are allowed on course.

All participants must not have any personal belongings on their person or in their pockets. Medications such as epi-pens or inhalers are allowed.

Items not allowed on our GoKart track include:

weapons, keys, pocket knives, multi-tools, and other sharp objects

bags of ANY kind including, but not limited to, purses, backpacks, wristlets, fanny packs, cell phone holders, etc. or any straps around the neck

hats with a brim

headphones of any kind

Adventure Hilton Head reserves the right to deem any item as hazardous

If under 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign the Participant Agreement

If under 15, a parent or legal guardian must sign the Participant Agreement, AND you must be actively accompanied on the tour by a parent or chaperone

Age restriction is based on course. All participants must meet age requirements to participate on the different challenge courses. While there are no height restrictions, children may have trouble completing the obstacles or reaching the cables depending on their height and physical capabilities.
